FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is Your Blogging University™?

Your Blogging University™ (YBU) is a one-of-a-kind blogging education system designed to help new and intermediate bloggers customize their blogging education. New and intermediate bloggers can design their own “university” by choosing which course topics will benefit them the most. That means you only pay for the topics YOU want! Courses are sold à la carte, which enables you to piece together the education you need to meet your unique blogging goals.

Why are only some courses available for purchase right now. Where are the other courses?

Your Blogging University™ is very new, and we’re working hard to get our upcoming courses ready for purchase. Sign up for updates on upcoming course releases below!

It looks like there are only beginner level courses. Will YBU™ be offering more advanced courses in the future?

Yep! We have some plans to roll out new courses, including courses for intermediate and advanced bloggers, in the future. The launch time frame is TBD. To receive updates on when new courses launch, sign up for our email list below!

What if I want to purchase all of the courses in a specific section?

While we don’t have that currently set up, soon you’ll be able to purchase full programs (e.g. Beginner Blogging), giving you access to all of the courses at once. Sign up for updates below and be notified when this feature is available!

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee! If you aren’t happy with the quality of the course, you can email us via the student dashboard support link to request your refund. It’s that simple!

I'm having trouble logging into my student account. Can you help me?

Absolutely! Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Double-check that your password is correct. You should’ve received your password in your welcome email(s) for each course you have purchased. If you can’t remember your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link under the login fields on the login page to reset your password.
  2. If that doesn’t fix the issue, try clearing your browser cache. How you do this will depend on your browser. If you’re unsure how, Google “Clearing browser cache on [insert browser name].” After you clear your cache, try logging in again.
  3. If you’re still having trouble, try using a different browser to log in.
  4. If you are unable to fix the issue after steps 1,2, & 3, email our support manager at [email protected]. Please include your user login email address and what issue you’re experiencing. IF YOU ARE BEING GIVEN AN ERROR CODE, PLEASE INCLUDE THAT IN YOUR REQUEST.
